Tee

Jedes Jahr werden auf der ganzen Welt mehrere Milliarden Tassen Tee getrunken. Obwohl das Ritual des Teetrinkens in allen Kulturen ähnlich ist, unterscheiden sich die Teezeremonien deutlich voneinander. Am besten schmeckt der Tee, wenn er immer trocken gelagert wird. Zudem sollte er nicht zusammen mit anderen Teesorten gelagert werden. Und ein luftdichter Behälter ist von Vorteil, damit der Tee das Aroma nicht verliert. Besonders empfänglich für das Aroma anderer Tees ist Schwarztee. Vorsichtig sein beim Aufgießen mit heißem Wasser sollte man bei grünem und weißem Tee sein. Hier ist Vorsicht geboten: Das heiße Wasser muss man vor dem Aufgießen erst einige Minuten ziehen lassen. Früchtetees dagegen kann man mit heißem, sprudelndem Wasser zubereiten.

Die gesunde Wirkung von Tee ist unumstritten. Besonders der grüne Tee gilt als wirksame Vorbeugungsmaßnahme gegen Krebs und Osteoporose.
