The combination with fennel seeds and pink pepper gives the green olives an exciting spicy note. The lemon olive oil is perfect for a tasty marinade after the olives have been consumed. MANI's green table olives are grown on the island of Evia, north of Athens.
The farmers focus on quality instead of quantity and carefully harvest the large, crunchy and meaty fruits with a small stone by hand - in raw food quality! The firm pulp of the green olive impresses with its wonderfully spicy taste.
A real delicacy pure as a starter, in salads and also in the warm kitchen.
