When choosing our ingredients we place great value on the highest quality. That's why we give our cocoa drink with Guarana, and turmeric to the use of emulsifiers such as soy Lecithin.

Depending on your taste 1-2 teaspoon (approx 10 g) with 200 ml of warm milk and mix. Since the powder contains no emulsifiers, it dissolves better in warm milk. The ground set can be mitgetrunken.
Cocoa is obtained from the seeds of the evergreen cacao tree. The pulp of the cocoa fruit contains the white-bluish, almond, bean-shaped, the cocoa.
The typical aroma substances of the cocoa to develop during the Fermentation and roasting process: First the beans are fermented. To do this, you are stacked for several days in boxes and periodically vented. The sugar content in the fruit puree leads to a fermentation process, wherein the temperature to 45-50 °rise C. As a result, the fruit puree of the beans is dissolved and flows. After Fermentation, the cocoa dried beans in the sun, cleaned, and then roasted. The finished roasted seeds are crushed and coarsely ground. The mass liquefies. The liquid cocoa mass is pressed and then, with part of the cocoa butter is removed. This process is done mechanically. The fat is not extracted with chemical solvents. Back to the press cake, which is ground to a fine dust to cocoa powder. Depending on the remaining proportion of cocoa butter, it is referred to as cocoa (a minimum of 20% cocoa butter) or cocoa bean de-oiled heavily (at least about 10% cocoa butter).
Finally, the cocoa is mixed with the best of our coconut blossom sugar, Guarana, and turmeric in organic quality. In the case of the cocoa, the beans are magnetized in front of the Roasting-alkali, that is, they are mixed with the acidity regulator potassium carbonate (also called potash). As a result, the cocoa is soluble better.
