Buyer protection on all PayPal orders
PayPal Buyer Protection helps you if your purchased item does not arrive or does not correspond at all to the description. Report the problem to PayPal to have the case examined. If your buyer protection claim is valid, you will receive the entire purchase price and the shipping costs back.
This is how buyer protection works
Your item has not arrived or does not match the description? Simply contact us via your PayPal account. You have up to 180 days after payment to report the problem to PayPal.
Payment in advance
If you choose the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
When you place your order, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after you have placed your order.

Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA (“Apple”), you must use the “Safari” browser, be registered with Apple, and have activated the Apple Pay function , identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. Purchase on account via Klarna
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (“Klarna”) we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available for consumers. Unless otherwise regulated below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna.
If you pay with a Klarna invoice (pay later), you can see all details about the order in your Klarna account. Here you can also complete the payment by invoice.

The invoice amount is due 14 days after the goods have been dispatched and the invoice has been received.
