How long is the delivery?
All products are directly available. For the delivery of our goods we use DPD, DHL or Hermes. Unless there is a different delivery date, the delivery period is 4 - 7 working days, starting upon receipt of your order. After placing your order, you will receive a tracking code via e-mail, which allows you to monitor the status of your delivery online.
Your package does not arrive with you?
The package has not arrived after several days and have not received a message from the delivery? In this case, please contact us - we will check immediately the location of your package and, if necessary, we will release a request for. We will inform you if we will ship to re-shipping.
The package was delivered with a damage of transportation?
Please ask about the damage as soon as possible against us or the employee of the delivery company. In the case of concealed damage, which can be detected only after the opening of the delivery, please contact us directly. In this case, we ask you to send us digital photos of the damage via e-mail that gives you the invoice no. to allow.
