Cress seeds taste spicy with the typical heat. They germinate particularly quickly and are therefore ideal for newcomers to sprouts. Ideal as a condiment in salads, sauces and dressings and especially on bread. Sprouts are the easiest way to bring important vitamins, minerals, trace elements, secondary plant substances and fiber into your diet at any time of the year - and all of this freshly harvested and 'regional' from your windowsill at home!

Cress germination tips
Rinse thoroughly with clean water before germination. Then just sprinkle on. The formation of fiber roots is possible. Use 1 tablespoon of seeds per seed coat. Soaking is not required. Sprinkle with water once a day and harvest after 3-5 days. The ideal germination temperature is 18-22 ° C.
Cress seeds are mucus-forming and therefore not suitable for the germination glass. Pull on cotton wool, kitchen roll or a cress sieve.
