You use or ground into flakes, rolled for the whole-grain bakery, fresh grain muesli, porridge and patties. Cooked, it is suitable as a full-fledged side dish or as a base for stews and casseroles.
Recipe: Six-Grain Bread
Ingredients: 500 g of 6-grain mix, 10 g salt, 10 g fresh yeast, 75 g of natural leaven, 350 ml of warm water.
Preparation: 6-grain-mix to grind. The yeast in the warm water to dissolve and knead with the other ingredients in a bowl to a dough and covered approximately 60 minutes in a Warm let go.
Knead again and place in a greased, floured baking form. Cover and leave for 45 minutes in a Warm go.
The bread with a little water and sprinkle in a preheated oven at 200°C on the bottom Rail approx. bake for 45 minutes.
