Recipe: fresh grain muesli with naked oats
- 100 g naked oats
- 150 ml of water
- 250 g natural yogurt
- 1 apple
- 1 teaspoon honey
Coarsely grind naked oats, stir with water and cover for at least 45 minutes. Let it swell, preferably overnight. Stir in yogurt, coarsely grate and mix in the apple, add honey. If desired, coarsely ground nuts or seeds or mix in completely. A spoonful of cream makes the muesli even creamier.
