Spelled, barley and rye are freshly roasted in and in the stone oven so that they are extra digestible and extra quick to cook. And as we all know, whole grains make cereals big and strong.

Corresponding to the natural ripening process, the Kornfix grain is kilned as a whole grain in a stone oven at a mild heat and thus opened up particularly gently. The Kornfix groats can be prepared quickly and without soaking. It is wholesome and easily digestible, fluffy and grainy with a nutty taste.

Bring to the boil, switch off, done.

Bring 2 cups of water with a little salt or vegetable stock to a boil. Add 1 cup of Kornfix and bring to the boil for 2 minutes while stirring. Then simply switch off the hotplate. Leave the pot on the hot plate, simply turn the lid on the pot and pour a little cold water into the inside of the lid. This trick prevents them from burning.

Let soak for about 20 minutes and then loosen with a fork.
