The Rasayana is made conventionally in India. It bears the BDiH seal and is certified free of toxic heavy metals. After opening the Ashwagandha Rasayana for the first time, keep it in the refrigerator.

Usage example

It is best to take the Ashwagandha Rasayana in the morning. Simply stir 1-2 teaspoons of Rasayana in some warm milk and drink. Alternatively, you can eat the creamy rasayana as a spread or in yogurt or muesli.
