One kilo of Manuka Honey MGO 400+ already contains 400 mg of this scientifically proven ingredient. Manuka Health honey is tested for its natural methylglyoxal content as well as for its purity and quality.
MGO remains effective even when added to a hot drink, because unlike other honeys, MGO active Manuka is heat-resistant.
How to use
If you want to consume the honey pure, take a teaspoon of Manuka Honey MGO 400+ from Manuka Health 1 to 2 times a day and let it slowly melt in your mouth.
You can also stir the Manuka honeys into hot tea or milk, as MGO™ is largely insensitive to heat.
Consumption advice: Like other raw foods, honey is not suitable for babies under 12 months.
