Collection: Honigmanufaktur Spatzenhof

The Spatzenhof apiary in Wüstenrot near Stuttgart produces the finest bee honey. Conscious of being a counterweight to increasingly widespread exploitation of nature and industrialization, master beekeeper Martin Schwarz produces his honey with great love for nature.

His bees make an important contribution to pollinating wild and cultivated plants and preserve the species richness of plants in our landscape. In return, the honey bees are allowed to build their nests in peace and produce their honey undisturbed: The bees at Spatzenhof have the opportunity to create almost exclusively natural honeycomb – while this results in lower honey yields, it protects the bees (and the honey) from dangerous foreign substances. The queen bee keeps her wings, and the honey is extracted exclusively from unbrood cells.

And did we mention – the honey is absolutely delicious!
