Shipping within Germany costs a flat rate of 4,90 €.
From an order value of 49 €, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Delivery Times
- Germany: 1–3 business days from order receipt (usually within 24 hours).
- Europe (EU): 4–7 business days.
Shipment Tracking & Delivery Issues
After shipment, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking code. If your package does not arrive after several days, please first check the delivery status via the shipping service. If the delivery is still not received, please contact us – we will promptly clarify the situation or send a replacement.
We reliably deliver your order to any desired address within Germany. If no alternative delivery address is specified, delivery will be made to the address stored in your customer account.

Returns & Refunds
If a shipment cannot be delivered or is not picked up at the parcel shop within the storage period, it will be automatically returned to us. In this case, we will of course refund the purchase price of your goods.
Since shipping and return shipping are charged to us twice in this case, we deduct the standard shipping costs (4,90 € within Germany) from the refund – regardless of whether your original order was shipped free of charge.
We appreciate your understanding – this allows us to continue offering fair prices and sustainable shipping processes for all our customers.
Tip: Via shipment tracking, you can conveniently select a new delivery date or drop-off location if you are unavailable.

Who bears the return shipping costs if I voluntarily return goods?
If an item doesn't suit you, you can of course return it. In this case, you bear the return shipping costs yourself – this helps us to continue operating sustainably and fairly.
Why are shipping costs deducted if my package could not be delivered?
If a package cannot be delivered or is not picked up, double shipping fees are incurred. To keep our prices stable, we only charge standard shipping costs in this case – a fair adjustment, as we see it.
My package arrived damaged – what should I do?
Please contact us directly, ideally with a photo of the damage. We will quickly take care of a replacement or refund – easily and personally.
