This may also include a nutrition plan to promote diet suited to your type.

The follow-up appointment after the Ayurveda consultation serves to review and adjust your individual treatment plan. This includes adjusting nutritional recommendations, lifestyle changes and herbal therapies.

You also have the opportunity in your follow-up appointment to clarify questions and receive additional support for implementing your treatment plan.

For our Ayurvedic massages, we use traditional techniques and special herbal oils to promote health and well-being as well as reduce stress. We offer Abhyanga (full body massage), back massage, silk glove massage and oil applications on the spine (Bastis).
