A health food store that built trust
On Lindenstraße 40 in Ludwigsburg, our story begins: Sabine Deutscher opens the Rapunzel health food store – with the commitment to offer only what she herself uses with a good conscience: natural quality, honest selection and personal advice.
This principle shapes Miraherba to this day: staying accessible, selecting carefully, taking responsibility.

Ayurveda, das wir selbst leben
Sabine Deutscher ist Gründerin und Geschäftsführerin von Miraherba, Heilpraktikerin und M.Sc. Ayurveda-Medizin. Seit über 30 Jahren begleitet sie Menschen mit Ayurveda – in ihrer Praxis in Ludwigsburg und weit darüber hinaus.
Diese Erfahrung prägt Miraherba bis heute. Wenn wir neue Rezepturen entwickeln, Pflanzen auswählen oder Ayurveda erklären, geht es nicht darum, einem Trend zu folgen. Entscheidend ist, was sich in der Praxis bewährt hat und sich sinnvoll in den Alltag übertragen lässt.
2026 erschien Sabines gemeinsam mit Andrea Zoller verfasstes „Ayurveda Lehr- und Therapiebuch – Aus der Praxis für die Praxis“ im Narayana Verlag.
Mehrmals im Jahr begleitet sie Fastengruppen in Ludwigsburg. Einmal im Jahr führt die Reise mit einer Gruppe nach Rishikesh am Ganges.
