Collection: Laboratoires de Biarritz

Muriel and Jean Marc Dubois founded Laboratoires de Biarritz in 2011. Their goal: to produce environmentally friendly and high-quality organic sun protection. As passionate surfers, the entire Dubois family frequently travels to the sea - the layer of sunscreen floating in many bays on the ocean disturbed and disgusted them.

Therefore, in 2012 they developed their first sun protection series Alga Maris, based on algae that thrives off the coast of the Basque Country. For their innovative skin and environmentally friendly sunscreen, they received a prize from the French Ministry of Research in 2014. We particularly appreciate the sunscreen because, as one of the few organic sunscreens, it absorbs well and does not leave a white film on the skin.
