Spielberger Mill offers whole grain and flours from Demeter cultivation. The mill in Baden-Württemberg's Zabergäu is one of the few remaining craft-working mills in Germany. For three generations, they have maintained traditional milling craftsmanship here. Since 1983, they have processed only organic grain. And you can taste it.
