Aashwamedh - Kaash Foot Massage Bowl Well-Being

These Ayurvedic foot massage bowls are made from Kaash, a mixture of copper, tin, and a small proportion of zinc. In Ayurveda, the different metal components address the various Doshas - this mixture achieves optimal balance of all Doshas. In particular, the fiery Pitta is balanced, which leads to a cooling of mind and body and was therefore traditionally also used for hot flashes and hot summer temperatures, as well as for eye and blood vessel problems associated with Pitta. The sluggish Kapha Dosha is especially addressed when using the textured bowl and thus stimulates circulation and metabolism.

Please note that the massage bowl must not be used in case of copper or tin allergy.

Application

The foot massage bowl is suitable for Ayurvedic foot massage and foot reflexology massage. To use, first rub the soles of your feet with Ghee or with Triphala Ghee. Work the sole of the foot with the smooth, concave outer side of the bowl. Massage the feet with gentle pressure in circular motions.

The smooth Kaash bowls can also be used for face, hands, and body with thorough cleaning.

The smooth surface of the massage bowl has a soothing and sleep-promoting effect. A massage with pure Ghee directly before bedtime is recommended. The massage bowl is suitable for partner massage as well as self-massage. The massage stamps with wooden handle are even better for self-massage.
