Cozy-warming drinking broth from Arche Naturküche with miso, the typical Japanese seasoning paste made from soy. Miso is made by inoculating steamed soybeans and whole grain rice with a starter culture, then allowing it to mature for up to 24 months. This process makes the resulting product particularly easy to digest, and the nutrients are well absorbed by the body. The broth is enhanced with miso, vegetables, and spices.

Application

Pour 2 heaping teaspoons (approx. 10 g) into 500 ml of boiling water, stir, and let steep briefly.
