Golden, velvety cup of well-being: Our Golden Milk brings together grounding, warming spices in the Ayurveda tradition – perfect for calm, balance, and a harmonious end to your day. Carefully blended and filled in our own workshop.

Warm, gently spicy, pleasantly aromatic with soft cinnamon notes.
The blend is harmonizing and warming – especially soothing during cooler months or after a long day. (Ayurveda approach: practical for everyday use, without dogma.)
Use & Preparation
Heat: Gently warm 200–250 ml of plant-based drink or (plant-based) milk (do not boil).
Stir in: Add 1 level teaspoon (approx. 2 g) of Golden Milk.
Refine: Sweeten to taste (e.g., jaggery, coconut blossom sugar) and add ½ teaspoon coconut oil or a few drops of plant oil for extra creaminess.
Enjoy: Drink warm – ideal in the evening or as a mindful pause during the day.
