For room fragrancing, mixed and diluted for cosmetic and therapeutic use on the skin, for example in face and body oils, for massage oils, for therapeutic rub-in and for wraps, as a bath additive, for masks, for self-mixed cosmetic products
Recipes for homemade natural cosmetics with essential grapefruit oil
Recipe tip 1: "Bodyfit" detox massage oil
2 drops of organic grapefruit
5 drops of organic lavender
3 drops of organic rosemary verbenone
Mix with 50 ml organic sesame oil and gently massage the body oil into the skin.
Recipe tip 2: "Blossom scent" body peeling
2 drops rose turkish 10% organic (alternatively: rose absolute )
2 drops of organiclavender
2 drops of organic grapefruit
3 tbsp almond oil bio
2 tbsp sea salt
Mix all ingredients well and apply in the shower to the entire body and massage in in circular movements. Then take a cool shower.
