The Italian tomatoes are a classic Mediterranean Appetizer, sauce, no location, on Pizza or in salads, vegetable and pasta dishes.
After harvesting by Hand, the fresh tomatoes are washed, salted and dried in the sun. After Drying, the tomatoes are mixed with rosemary in glass jars and extra virgin olive oil added. After Sealing the jars are heated for preservation.
