The Spielberger Mühle offers wholesome grain and flour from Demeter cultivation. The mill in Zabergäu in Baden-Württemberg is one of the few remaining handcraft mills in Germany. In the third generation, they maintain the traditional miller's trade here. Since 1983 they have been processing exclusively organic grain. And you can taste it.
