Herbal mush, original Ayurvedic
In Ayurveda, Chyavanprash is often used as a dietary supplement. This blend of spices and herbs with amla fruit and honey tastes delicious. It can be taken with milk, water, or as a spread. Chyavanprash should be taken daily. It is recommended to suck 1-2 teaspoons straight from a spoon in the morning and evening, or alternatively, to drink it mixed with a little warm plant milk or hot water.
The production of Chyavanprash according to Ayurvedic recipe
The production facility for our Chyavanprash is located near the city of Pune, in the Indian state of Maharashtra. We take particular care to ensure that our Chyavanprash is produced and sold here according to ancient traditions, the Ayurvedic recipe, and strict guidelines.
Skilled herbalists work hand in hand with local farmers, sourcing the necessary ingredients fresh daily. First, the spices, herbs, and amla fruits are mixed with crystallized, sun-dried cane sugar. A grinder grinds and kneads the mixture. To achieve a stable emulsion, the mixture is boiled for a specific period of time. After cooling, the mixture is hung in nettle cloth to drain. After 24 hours, the excess juice has drained away, and the pulp-like mixture is stirred and finally bottled in wooden barrels made of the finest mango wood.
use
Dissolve one heaped teaspoon in warm milk or a plant-based drink once daily. Alternatively, use one heaped teaspoon as a spread on bread.
Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
