Application
Oil pulling should be done first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Swish 1 teaspoon of oil in your mouth for your chosen duration (2-20 minutes). Afterward, spit it out, rinse your mouth with lukewarm water, and clean your teeth as usual. The purpose: The tooth oil binds bacteria in the oral cavity and has a detoxifying effect on the entire body.
Shake before use.
