Sun-ripened, sweet demeter apricot from the Rapunzel Turkey-project. The fruits are cultivated in the hilly countryside of Malatya in Eastern Anatolia, harvested and dried in the sun. So the apricots get their full flavour. The natural orange-brown color of the dried fruit is a quality characteristic for ungeschwefelte apricots.

Details
After the harvest, the apricots are dried for three days in the Turkish sun, then from the stone freed and again for several days, dried, then cleaned, sorted and packaged.
The Turkish apricots are ideal for cereals, for baking and Enjoy.
