Muka Sveda, a soothing herbal steam bath with hay flowers, marigold and more for the facial skin. Composed and blended by Ayurveda practitioner Sabine Deutscher on the basis of organic European herbs.
As preparation for an Ayurvedic face mask or simply to relax. Gently opens the pores.
Application
Place 3 tablespoons of the flower mixture in a bowl, pour hot water over the flowers, cover and leave to infuse briefly. Then bend over the bowl and cover your head with a towel so that no steam can escape to the sides. Steam the face for 5-10 minutes.
Then carefully pat dry, do not rub dry, and apply an Ayurvedic face mask.
