Gulkand is a delightful, deliciously flavored rose petal paste. According to Ayurveda, rose petals are used to balance excessive Pitta. This fine Gulkand rose marmalade is therefore especially recommended on "hot days," or whenever Pitta is elevated.
Gulkand is enjoyed pure, mixed with warm water, as rose milk, or as a delicious spread.
Usage Recommendation
