The buckwheat herb is harvested during the flowering period from June to September and air-dried. Buckwheat herb is rich in flavonoids, especially rutin. Buckwheat herb also contains tannins, fagopyrin and minerals.
Preparation
Pour 250 ml boiling water over 1 tablespoon and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Sweeten with sugar or honey to taste.
Drink a cup of buckwheat tea 2 - 3 times a day over a period of 4 - 8 weeks. The first positive effects are noticeable after the first 2 weeks.
