Use

The linseed oil-mix of Omega Pink is tailored to the needs of young women and girls. The basis for this is our mild linseed oil, which ensures a high content of the polyunsaturated Alpha-linolenic acid (Omega 3). This contributes to a daily intake of 2 g (= 6.9 ml/1.5 teaspoon of Omega Pink) to maintain a normal cholesterol level in the blood.

In sunflower oil Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative Stress. Finely ground raspberries in combination with turmeric and pepper, as well as the stimulating spice of Zimtrindenöls a fruity, slightly sharp taste. This Omega Pink fruit salads, cereals, smoothies, Risotto, and soups enriched.

Nettle soup

Ingredients for 1 Person:
- 2 handfuls of green nettles
- 1 small onion
- 1 small potato
- 1 TABLESPOONS BIO PLANÈTE oil
- 1 pinch of salt & pepper
- 1 TSP Omega Pink

The nettles several times with water rinse, the nesselnde lift effect. The onion and the potato, peel and dice. The cooking oil in a frying pan and everything in it 3 Min. fry for a minute. Then with water, and pour 20 Min. simmer. Season with salt and pepper, puree, and with the Omega Pink Refine.
