Planting

Borage is easy to cultivate and in the right location it will sow itself again. The soil should preferably be moist and humus. The young leaves have a fine taste and enrich your salad and herb quark

Borage ice cubes: Fill the ice cube container half full with water and allow to freeze. Add a borage flower, fill up with water and freeze.

Plant spacing : 30 x 30 cm
