The roots and fresh juice from which a churna is obtained are used in Ayurvedic nutrition. Churna simply means "powder" in Sanskrit and is a mixture of ground herbs and/or minerals that are used in Ayurvedic medicine.
Recommended dosage
Take 1 gram (equivalent to approx. 1/3 teaspoon) three times a day with hot water between meals. The daily intake contains approx. 2.5 - 3 g of herbal powder. The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Store out of the reach of small children.
