Cosmoveda - BIO Amalaki Churna

Amalaki, better known as Amla or by its botanical name Phyllantus emblica, is a very beautiful medium-sized deciduous tree. It has feathered leaves and pale green flowers that become round, pale green to yellow fruits - these are also known as myrobalans. In Ayurvedic nutrition, the fruits are used.

The finely and gently ground powder (below 40°C) of the dried fruits comes from the Indian and Sri Lankan fair trade and organic projects of Cosmoveda.

Recommended Intake

Take one gram of Amalaki Churna three times daily (approximately 1/3 tsp) with hot water between meals. The daily intake amount contains approximately 2.5 - 3 g herbal powder. The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
