Nerone rice is a variety of rice with a nutty, slightly sweet flavor.
Preparation
For two small (side dish) portions of black risotto, first sauté onions and garlic briefly in olive oil in a pan
Now add 125g Nerone rice. Gradually add 250-300ml hot vegetable broth while stirring. Cook al dente on medium heat for 40-45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add vegetables as desired, refine with white wine or grated Parmesan.
