Details
Venere rice is a rice variety with a nutty, slightly sweet taste.
Preparation
For two small (side dishes)portions of black Risotto sauté in a pan the onions and garlic briefly in olive oil
Now add 125g of Venere rice. Under Stirring, and after 250-300ml of hot vegetable broth. 40-45 minutes on a medium heat as dente, stirring occasionally.
To taste add all vegetables, with white wine or grated Parmesan cheese to Refine.
