Arche Organic Shirataki Tagliatelle are konjac noodles and are made in Japan from the fibre glucomannan from the konjac root.
Preparation
Drain and rinse in a sieve with warm water until they are odourless. Place in boiling water, cook for 1 minute, strain and process as required.
