Each Herbamare® salt contains ingredients a blend of fresh and aromatic. All herbs and vegetables are supplied by long-time Partner farmers in Switzerland, Germany and France directly into the company's own salt factory in the Alsace region.
Pure each 100 kg of fresh ingredients with a 200kg full of sea salt from the salt marshes of the Camargue mixed. So a green Paste, which is dried on shallow trays gently arises at temperatures below 40 °C (raw food quality). Thereafter, the salts are mixed, depending on the variety and the recipe and bottled.
