The sauce keeps what the Japanese name promises: "Teri" means shine and "yaku" stands for roasting, braising and grilling. Arche Teriyaki is a marinade and seasoning sauce with a shiny appearance. The finished, finely seasoned marinade ensures a deliciously spicy taste and special shine.
As a marinade for vegetables, tofu, fish and meat or pure as a seasoning sauce for oven vegetables, roasted or grilled.

The balanced, spicy taste of Arche Teriyaki is determined by Tamari soy sauce, rice syrup and mirin. Onion powder and ginger create a special tension, while we do without garlic completely. The teriyaki is thickened a little so that the seasoning adheres well to the food.
preparation
Marinate tofu, vegetables, fish or meat with teriyaki for half an hour or brush with a little teriyaki and then fry, grill or stew. Or simply as a sauce with oven vegetables or anything fried or grilled.
