With ARCHE Tempura-Fix you can transform vegetables, tofu or fish into Asian delicacies. By baking them in egg-free dough, they easily become delicious, crunchy finger food.
preparation
Mix the contents of the pack with 280 ml of cold water. Dip vegetables, tofu or shrimp into the batter and fry in frying oil at approx. 180°C until they are lightly browned. Blanch vegetables such as broccoli or carrots briefly in boiling water beforehand. Serve with ARCHE dipping sauces or shoyu.
Tip: If you dip a wooden spoon into the hot oil and air bubbles rise, the temperature is right!
