Wakame Instant are finely cut and can be added to soups or vegetable dishes without soaking, making them ideal for quick meals on the go. After 1 to 2 minutes the brown seaweed unfolds its spicy, aromatic note.
preparation
Rinse instant wakame in a colander and simply stir into warm liquid. Let it steep for 1-2 minutes.

Naturally rich in iodine . An excessive intake of iodine can lead to disorders of the thyroid function. The German Nutrition Society therefore recommends an average daily intake of no more than 0.2 mg iodine. Maximum daily consumption therefore approx. 1 g = 1 teaspoon of dried algae. Prepare the product according to the instructions.
