Each Herbamare® salt contains a blend of fresh aromatic ingredients. All herbs and vegetables are delivered directly to the company's own salt factory in Alsace from long-standing partner farmers in Switzerland, Germany and France.
100 kg of fresh ingredients are mixed with 200 kg of whole sea salt from the Camargue salt gardens. This creates a green paste that is gently dried on flat dishes at temperatures below 40 °C (raw food quality). The salts are then mixed and bottled depending on the type and recipe.
