Consumption recommendation

Take 5 capsules á 0.42g (0.32g net content) twice a day with warm water before meals. The daily consumption of 3.20g plant powder contains 5.85mg gingerol.

The legislator has not yet set an NRV value (reference amount for daily intake) for secondary plant substances. The amount given here corresponds to traditional Ayurvedic recommendations.

The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of reach of small children.
