Cosmoveda - BIO Brahmi Capsules

In Sanskrit, two different herbs with very similar Ayurvedic properties are designated. These are Bacopa monnieri, which is used in the capsules from Cosmoveda, and Centella Asiatica, which is available, for example, as pure Brahmi powder from Miraherba.

The Brahmi used here is Indian waterhyssop, the botanical name is Bacopa monnieri. It is a bright green plant, up to 40 cm tall, with fleshy small leaves and white flowers that grows in wetland and swamp areas. In Ayurvedic nutrition, shoot parts, as well as the root, stem and leaves are used. The finely and gently ground powder (at temperatures below 40°C) of the dried whole plant comes from Indian and Sri Lankan fair trade and organic projects.

Recommended Intake

Take four capsules three times daily, each 0.32 g (0.22 g net herbal powder content). The daily intake amount corresponds to 2.64 g herbal powder. The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of reach of small children.

You can also get Brahmi in many other forms. For example, as the main ingredient in Brahmi Gritham, an Ayurvedic rubbing oil, or pure in capsule form in the 60 Brahmi capsule package from Nimi or the large 200 Brahmi capsule package from Cosmoveda.
