The bulbous Cyprus grass Musta, also known as Indian nut grass, has the botanical name Cyperus rotundus and is easily confused with the Egyptian papyrus by the layman. It is a perennial perennial 30-40 cm tall sedge with a triangular stem, 4-7 mm wide pointed leaves and a bulbous root, which is used in Ayurvedic nutrition. It is part of the Ayus Rasayana herbal blend , which is also available as a capsule.

Consumption recommendation

Take 3 capsules of 0.38 g each (0.28 g net content herbal powder) three times a day. The daily consumption corresponds to 2.52 g herbal powder. The specified recommended consumption quantity must not be exceeded.
