Triphala is a blend of Amla, Bibhitaki and Haritaki. The finely and gently (below 40 °C) ground powders mixed according to traditional methods come from Indian and Sri Lankan fair trade and organic projects.
In Ayurvedic nutrition, the balance of the six flavors is of great importance in maintaining the balance of the Doshas. Doshas are Ayurvedic principles that have no counterpart in modern science.
Recommended use
Take 4 capsules of 0.39 g (0.29 g net herb powder content) twice daily after meals. The daily consumption amount corresponds to 2.32 g herb powder. The recommended daily consumption amount should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of reach of small children.
