Ashwagandha - Withania somnifera - is an evergreen, bushy plant 0.5-1.5 m tall with fleshy roots, simple, green, oval leaves and small, spherical, orange-red berries, whose root is used in Ayurvedic nutrition.
The powder in our production is finely and gently ground (below 40°C) from the dried root and comes from our Indian and Sri Lankan Fair Trade and organic projects

Application
3 times daily 1/3 tsp with hot water between meals. The daily intake contains approximately 2.5 - 3g of herbal powder.
The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Store out of reach of small children.
Warning: Not suitable for pregnant women, nursing mothers, children, and persons with liver disease.
