For preparing delicious curry dishes in the original Indian style: briefly sauté vegetables and/or poultry or meat with onions and fresh ginger in ghee, then add COSMOVEDA Mild Goa Curry Paste (1-2 tablespoons per serving) and simmer until cooked. (For more flavor, marinate vegetables, meat pieces or tofu in the curry paste overnight.) For a creamy sauce, stir in crème fraîche, cream cheese or creamed coconut to taste and simmer gently or let it infuse for a few more minutes. Serve with rice. - Your Indian curry is ready!
After opening, please store in a cool place and use within 3 - 4 weeks.
