Guduchi bears the botanical name Tinospora Cordifolia. The name "Cordifolia" already hints at the heart-shaped leaves of the perennial climbing plant. It forms small yellow flowers and climbs up other plants. In doing so, it develops many hanging aerial roots that look like tentacles hanging down from the forest canopy. In Ayurvedic nutrition, the stem, roots, juice and leaves are used. You can also obtain the ground plant in the large pack with 200 Guduchi capsules, as a sweetened instant tea with Guduchi or as BIO Guduchi Churna.

Recommended dosage

3 x daily 4 capsules á 0.32g (0.22g net herbal powder content). The daily intake corresponds to 2.64 g herbal powder. The stated recommended intake should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of reach of small children.
