Guduchi has the botanical name Tinospora cordifolia. The name "Cordifolia" already indicates the heart-shaped leaves of the perennial climbing plant. It forms small yellow flowers and climbs up on other plants. It forms many drooping aerial roots that hang like tentacles from the forest canopy. The stem, root, juice and leaves are used in Ayurvedic nutrition. You can also get the ground plant in a large pack with 200 guduchi capsules , as a sweetened instant tea with guduchi or as an organic guduchi churna .

Consumption recommendation

4 capsules 3 times a day at 0.32g each (0.22g net content of herbal powder). The daily consumption corresponds to 2.64 g herbal powder. The specified recommended consumption quantity must not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Keep safe from small children.
