Gurmar or Meshasringi - with the botanical name Gymnema sylvestre - is a large tropical plant native to India and Sri Lanka. The woody, highly branched climbing plant has opposite and branching, elliptical to ovate leaves. In Ayurvedic nutrition, its roots, leaves and seeds are used.

Recommended Intake

Take four capsules of 0.33 g each (0.23 g net herbal powder content) three times daily. The daily consumption amount corresponds to 2.76 g herbal powder. The stated recommended daily consumption amount must not be exceeded.
