Recommended Dosage
Take 2 x daily 4 capsules of 0.43g each (0.33g net content) after meals with warm water. The daily recommended amount of 2.64g plant powder contains 5.85mg gingerol.
The legislator has not yet established an NRV value (reference intake for daily consumption) for secondary plant compounds. The amount specified here corresponds to traditional Ayurvedic recommendations.
