Recommended Use

Take 2 x daily 4 capsules of 0.45g each (0.35g net content) between meals with warm water. The daily consumption amount of 2.80g herbal powder contains 64.29mg polyphenols².
²Polyphenols are bioactive, secondary plant compounds that in the form of pigments, flavoring substances and tannins characterize the Dosha nature of plants.
To date, the regulatory authorities have not established an NRV (reference intake for daily consumption) for secondary plant compounds (polyphenols). The amount specified here corresponds to traditional Ayurvedic recommendations.
